Custom Synthesized Internal Standards That Focuses on Isotope Chemistry
IsoSciences’ main focus is isotope chemistry. We work with our customers to design a compound with strategically placed isotopes to meet their needs. If the application is LC-MS/MS, the isotopes are placed in non-exchangeable positions and in desired molecule fragments to ensure the internal standard allows for accurate measurements. By shifting to 13C and 15N isotopes the customer can be assured they will receive a superior standard that co-elutes exactly with their analyte.
A complete certificate of analysis is issued with every compound. This includes structural identity by 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR, purity assessment by HPLC-UV, GC-FID or HPLC-ELSD and isotope incorporation by LC-MS/MS or GC-MS. IsoSciences compounds routinely analyze over 98% pure and 98% isotope incorporation with no unlabeled material detected.
